Your cell phone, computer and tablet chargers should have dual voltage and should work in Europe. However, the outlet and plug shapes here are different from the US, so you will need a PLUG adapter that will change the shape of the plug at the end of the power cord.
And be aware that you will likely need SEVERAL plug adapters. After a long search, I FINALLY found a pack of 6 plug adapters on Amazon and promptly bought them for myself!
Most electronics are meant to travel these days, so their chargers have dual voltage. But for anything that does NOT have dual voltage (like a hair dryer or curling iron), you will need a voltage CONVERTER. However, note that you will have to determine if the voltage on the converter is strong enough for your device. Otherwise, it won’t work or won’t work properly.
Another thing you might want to consider is a portable battery pack for when you're on the go, especially for train trips.
