Terms and conditions for tour voucher purchases
The cost of a tour voucher does not include the cost of entry fees where necessary.
Each voucher has a unique voucher number, and copies will not be accepted.
Refunds for vouchers in cases where a tour has not yet been booked are available for 80% of the voucher price. Refunds for vouchers in cases when a tour has been booked are available for 80% of the voucher price if cancellation occurs more than four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled tour date; if cancellation occurs within four (4) weeks of the scheduled tour date, the refund is 50% of the voucher price.
